I use pantiliners but was unsure what I'd think about these. They seemed very tiny, and while they were listed as "for everyday use," it seemed a bit odd to use a pantiliner when I wasn't expecting my period. I was excited to write my first review, though, so I did it.
The labeling is correct. The pantiliner is small enough that you don't feel it. I'm used to using cloth pads and cloth pantiliners, so I did find it a bit of an unusual feeling for the first minute or two, but I was also thinking very, very much about what it felt like. After a minute or two I didn't notice it. When I did think about it, I realized how much thinner it is than my standard cloth pads or the occasional disposable menstrual pads I use. Then again, it's a pantiliner so it's supposed to be thinner!
So first thing first, I wasn't sure that I'd be able to do any kind of good review, but I was wrong. It turns out that it's useful when you're ovulating. That was a nice thing to accidentally discover! It doesn't seem to have that weird plastic liner underneath it, so there wasn't any issue with scent.
So my overall review is that I'm glad I have these. I won't use them every time I need a pantiliner because I do try to use reusable materials, but I will start using these instead of other brands on the occasions that I need to use disposable products (e.g., traveling or attending all day events).
If you're interested in trying them out, Carefree has a downloadable coupon on their website. I received a coupon with my box, so I'll probably try other Carefree products. I've been buying Always for a few years now, so I think it's a good time to mix things up.
I received these products complimentary from @Influenster for testing purposes.
